Personally I've been drawn to meditation for many years but it has only been in the last couple of years that this has become a regular practice for me. Each meditation can be a different experience. Sometimes I feel beautifully calm; other times I may cry, other times my mind chatters. Whatever happens, I know that I am giving myself time to build on a healthy relationship with myself as I am, which then enables me to have healthy relationships with others.
