What is included in the 7 week mindfulness course?

Exercises and practices that:

  • increase awareness of self: opinions, judgements, attitudes and beliefs

  • give insights into behaviours that do or don't serve us well

  • explore the beliefs we hold about ourselves (and change as much as we want to)

  • explore and develop our inner and outer relationships

  • help you come to terms with difficult situations in the past or present

  • develop ability to walk towards a more peaceful, joyous life

  • develop a sense of lightness and contentment

Practicalities:

  • The course is delivered over 7 live zoom sessions and are 90 minutes long

  • Recorded sessions to revisit or catch on replay if you miss a date

  • Groups is small; maximum of 8 participants

  • Sharing is encouraged but is ALWAYS optional
