Unlike other teachers, I have no script for the meditations.
Each one is, quite literally, unique.

I speak from my own sense of connection to you, me and life. I offer a combination of visualisation, body scan and breathwork techniques that are a great way to nurture mind, body and soul.

We meet on Tuesdays 10.45am, Wednesdays 7.30pm and Fridays 3pm
