  • An opportunity to get to know yourself better!
  • 3 sessions a week: Tuesdays 9.45am; Wednesdays at 7.30pm; Fridays at 3pm
  • Unlimited access to audio recordings, held in your library
  • Email with log in details will be sent to you
  • Zoom session are generally active for 46 weeks in the year
  • Welcome email with further details
